After clicking the 💬 Chat Now button for the first time, you'll be directed to the 💬 Messages page. Here, you can chat with your matches, and all your chat conversations will be listed
Messages
While chatting, you have several options to get to know another user and start creating memorable moments:
- Sending messages surely (each message can contain up to 1000 characters)
- Enriching messages with 🙂 emojis and 🗒️ stickers to express your emotions
- Sharing photos and videos (click the 🏞️ Media button and choose from your device)
- Sending 🎁 virtual gifts to appreciate your match and showcase how your real life together might look
In case:

You no longer want to talk to a member, you can 👁️ Hide the chat (it will reappear if they send you a message) or 🚫 Block them if you want to end the conversation for good. Just tap the three dots in the upper right corner of the chat and choose the option you need

If you choose to ⚠️ Report a member, write a short note with your feedback. Our Customer Support team will review it and get back to you to help resolve the situation
And of course, we hope you only have positive connections — the kind you’ll want to add to ⭐ Favorites (also found under those same three dots)
Mails
If you prefer a more traditional approach to communication and enjoy the classic epistolary genre, you can use the mailing feature. Look at the top of the chat window for the ‘Mail’ button and you'll be able to write a mail (on mobile devices: hit the three dots in the upper right corner of the chat, then select ✉️ Inbox messages, and create your letter)
When dropping a mail, you can:
- Send a message itself (text limit also 1000 symbols)
- Enrich it with 🙂 emojis
- Share memorable photos through 🏞️ Add media button
All your mail conversations will be stored on the ✉️ Mails page
